| 摘 要： | 目的 报告脑血管网状细胞瘤的显微外科治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析36例经显微手术和病理证实的脑血管网状细胞瘤的临床资料和手术疗效。结果 肿瘤全切35例，囊肿切除1例，无手术死亡病例。术后神经功能改善34例，加重2例。随访30例，时间2－31个月。结论 采用正确的手术处理原则及熟练掌握显微手术技巧，可提高手术疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the experience of microsurgical treatment of the angioreticuloma of brain. Method The clinical data of 36 patients with angioreticuloma of brain verified by surgery and pathology were analysized retrospectively. Results Total tumor removal was achieved in 35 cases. Cystectomy was achieved in 1 case. No patient died after operation. Neurological function improved postoperatively in 34 cases, deteriorated in 2 cases. A fellow-up study from 2 to 31 months was performed in 30 patients. Conclusion Properly adopting the microsurgical principle and skillfully mastering the surgical technique can improve the surgical effect on the angioreticuloma of brain. |
