Diagnosis Cysticercosis by Means of Inhibitory-ELISA Using Monoclonal Antibodies

Cysticercosis is one of the harmful diseases to human beings.It is prevanlent in all over the world.Up to now,many immunodiagnosis methods have been established.But because of the complexity of the antigen, the false positive reaction can't be eliminated.Using the monoclone antibody we have established both specific site and unspecific site on the cysticercus cellulosae antigen. In this article,specific monoclone antibody was used by inhibitory-ELISA to detect the serological antibody of the cysticercosis patient.As a result,the false positive reaction was eliminated.The positive rate of cysticercosis patients was 85.80%(145/169).
