| 摘 要： | 目的：了解超声心动图对感染性心内膜炎（ＩＥ）的诊断价值。方法：分析了４７例ＩＥ病人临床及超声心动图（ＵＣＧ）资料。结果：４７例ＩＥ病人中赘生物检出率为７０．５％；原发病以风心病为多（２１例，４４．６％），其次为先心病（１８例，占３８．１％）；诱因以上呼吸道感染为多（１４例，占２９．８％）；临床症状以发热贫血为主（２７例，占５７．４％）；血培养１６例阳性（３４％）。结论：ＵＣＧ检出赘生物对ＩＥ诊断有非常重要价值，对赘生物的大小、部位、数目，以及对判断ＩＥ的合并症和治疗均有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective. To find out the role of echocardiography plays in diagnosing infective endocarditis.Methods . We analysed the clinical and echocardiographic data of forty- seven patients with infective en-docarditis. Results. Endocardical vegetation were found in 33 patient. ( 70.5%). The original disease. 21 patients had rheumatic heart disease(44.6%), 18 patients had congenital heart disease(38.6%). The inducement: 14 patients got upper respiratory tract infection(29.8%). 27 patients had fever and/ or anaemia 57.4%). blood bacteria culture positiveness in 16 patients(34%). Conclusion. We consider the rate of finding up endocardial vegetation by echocardiography is high which is very important in di-agnosing infective endocarditis and its complicatlon. |
