| 摘 要： | 目的总结有毒化学气体硫酸二甲酯致群体性吸入中毒的救治经验及组织管理措施。方法对2007年1月收治的91例硫酸二甲酯吸入中毒患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结实施紧急救治的措施和组织管理。结果91例患者经紧急救治，抢救成功率达100．00％。结论快速启动应急预案，实施紧急救治的程序化管理是保障抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the rescue and organization experience of group poisoning with dimethyl sulfate.Method The clinical data of 91 poisoning cases with dimethyl sulfate in Jan.2007 were retrospectively analyzed.The rescue and organization measures were summarized.Result All the 91 patients were successfully rescued.Conclusion The key points to ensure the success of rescue are to initiate the emergency project quickly and implement the management measures according to the rescue procedure. |
