电话回访出院产妇效果评价

摘    要:目的以人为本,解决产妇出院后遇到的各种身心问题。方法产妇出院后2—7天内,护士电话回访,回访内容包括伤口护理指导、饮食及卫生指导、婴儿护理指导、母乳喂养指导、心理护理等。结果电话回访的800例产妇回访前后,掌握伤口护理、饮食及卫生知识、婴儿护理、母乳喂养技巧,对医疗服务的满意度分别经χ^2检验,P值均〈0.001,有明显差异,说明电话回访能及时解决出院后遇到的各种问题,提高产褥期的质量。结论电话回访能增加护患双方的主动性及亲切感,缩短护患之间的距离,增加产妇对医护人员的信任,提高医院的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:Objective To solve various kinds of physical and mental problems that puerperae will face after being released from hospital. Methods 2 to 7 days after being discharged, the puerperae were instructed on telephone by nurses in incision care, dietary, hygiene, infant care, breast feeding, and mental health nursing. Results 800 puerperae received phone interviews, x2 test showed there were significant differences in knowledge of incision care, dietary and hygiene, and infant nursing; mastering of breast feeding; and satisfaction with medical service before and after interviews (P<0.001). Phone interviews were helpful in solving various problems the puerperae would face after being discharged and in raising the puerperal quality. Conclusions Phone interview can strengthen the activeness and friendliness in both nurses and patients, improve nurse-patient relationship, raise puerpera's trust in medical staff, and increase the economic and social benefits of the hospital.
