盐酸氨溴索氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察氧驱雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择小儿急性毛细支气管炎106例，随机分为2组。观察组盐酸氨溴索7．5mg／次，2次／d，采用氧驱动雾化吸入，对照组采用超声雾化吸入，盐酸氨溴索7．5mg／次，2Ot／a，观察其临床症状体征消失的时间。结果观察组在临床症状和肺部哮鸣音消失时间、平均治疗时间上明显短于对照组，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论盐酸氨溴索氧驱雾化治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎疗效显著，值得推广。

Observing the effect of oxygen atomized inhalation of ambroxol to treat infants with bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxygen atomized inhalation of ambroxol in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis. Methods 106 cases of infant bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （50cases）were treated with oxygen atomized inhalation of ambroxol （7.5 rag,bid） ,while the control group （56cases）were treated with ultrasonic atomized inhalation of ambroxol （7. 5 mg, bid）, observing its disappeared time of clinical symptom and objective sign. Results the cough, shortness breath improving time and rale disappearing time and the mean length of treatmention of treatment group were shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The difference was remarkable. Conclusion the effect of oxygen atomized inhalation of ambroxol to treat infants with bronchiolitis is significant and worth of spreading.
