| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝泡状棘球蚴病的声像图特征，以提高术前诊断率。方法对超声检查并经手术病理证实的肝泡状棘球蚴病41例进行分类研究。结果根据声像表现将其分为实质肿块型、囊样液化型、混合型三类。结论超声显像对肝泡状棘球蚴病具有较大的诊断价值，但应注意与原发性肝癌等作鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective This study was designed to find the ultrasound feature of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Methods An ultrasonic classification on 41 confirmed hepatic alveolar hydatidosis cases was performed.Results According to the sonograms,these cases were classified into substantial mass type,cystoid fluid type and mixed type.Conclusions Ultrasonography is helpful in the diagnosis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis,but differentiation with hepatocellular carcinoma should be take in consideration. |
