| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温阳散寒法配合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为两组。治疗组25例,采用温阳散寒法基本方药联合化疗;对照组25例,单纯用化疗。结果:近期疗效有效率治疗组为64%,对照组为56%,2组比较,差异不显著(P=0.56>0.05)。生活质量karnofsky(KPS)评分总有效率治疗组为80%,对照组为44%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P=0.009<0.01)。毒副反应方面:治疗组骨髓抑制发生率为64.0%,对照组为88.0%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05);恶心呕吐发生率:治疗组为92.0%,对照组为96.0%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。1年生存率比较治疗组为64.0%(16/25),对照组为40.0%(10/25),两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温阳散寒法配合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌,有提高患者1年生存率,减轻毒副反应,提高生活质量的作用。
