毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的MRI诊断（附10例报告）

目的探讨毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的MRI影像表现。方法回顾性分析我院10例经手术病理证实的毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的影像资料。结果10例毛细胞星形细胞瘤中，起源于幕下者4例，幕上者4例，鞍内及鞍上者1例，弥漫性分布者1例（位于双侧颞叶、桥前池、四脑室、脊髓前方）。所有病例9例为囊实性，1例为实性，T1WI上囊性部分呈低信号，实性部分呈等低信号，T1WI上囊性部分呈高信号，实性部分呈等高信号，病灶境界，瘤周无水肿带，增强后实性部分强化较明显，囊壁强化或不强化。结论毛细胞型星形细胞瘤MRI表现具有一定特征性，可为临床术前提供信息。

MRI diagnosis of pilocytic astrocytoma(A report of 10 cases)

Objective To investigate MRI features of pilocytic astrocytoma.Meth ods MRI data of 10 patients with pilocytic astrocytoma proved by surgery an pathology was analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 10 cases with pilocyti astrocytoma,4 were supratentorial,4 were subtentorial,1 was suprasellar and 1 wa diffusive.MR manifestations:9 of the tumors was cystic-parenchyma,the cystic par was hypointensity and parenchymal part was isointensity or hypointesity on T1-weighte image,the cystic part was hyperintensity and parenchymal part was isointensity o hyperintensity on T2-weighted.After the administration of Gd-DTPA intravenously the parenchymal part showed marked enhancement,and the cystic border showed en hancement or not.The tumors had no peritumoral edema and clearly defined border Conclusion MRI of pilocytic astrocytoma has characteristics,which may provide i formation for preoperational clinic.
