纳米陶瓷与普通陶瓷表面粗糙度的对比研究

摘    要:目的比较纳米陶瓷与普通陶瓷的表面粗糙度并探讨烧结次数对每种陶瓷的表面粗糙度的影响。方法根据瓷粉种类及烧结次数不同分为10组,每组5个。A~E组为普通陶瓷组,烧结次数依次为4、6、8、10、12次。A'~E'组为纳米陶瓷组,烧结次数分别与A~E组相对应。各组的烧结次数中均包括不透明瓷烧结2次,自身上釉烧结1次,其余为体瓷的烧结次数。采用2205型表面粗糙度仪分别测定每个试件的表面粗糙度值,求取每组试件的平均值。结果体瓷不同烧结次数处理后,纳米陶瓷的表面粗糙度值均明显小于普通陶瓷(P0.001),而每种陶瓷的表面粗糙度值均与体瓷烧结次数无关(P0.05)。结论纳米陶瓷较普通陶瓷表面光滑,经自身上釉烧结处理后,纳米陶瓷和普通陶瓷的体瓷烧结次数对其表面光滑度均无影响。

Abstract:Objective To compare the roughness of nano-ceramie and traditional ceramic treated with different times of firing. Methods According to the kind of ceramic and different times of firing, specimens were divided into 10 groups,with five specimens in each group. Groups A-E were traditional ceramic with different firing times of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. Groups A'-E' were nano-ceramic with different different firing times of 4, 6, 8, 10,12. The mean surface roughness of every sample was measured by surface roughness tester and compared. The data was statistically analyzed. Results The surface roughness value of nano-ceramic was significantly less than that of traditional ceramic after different times of firing ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The surface roughness value of the two kinds of ceramic was not related to the firing times of body-ceramic ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The surface roughness of nano-ceramic is more smooth than that of traditional ceramic. After glazed and fired, the body porcelain firing time does not have the influence on the ceramic surface smoothness.
