桔梗不同部位多糖含量比较

目的比较桔梗不同部位的多糖含量。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-浓硫酸比色法测定桔梗不同部位多糖含量。结果葡萄糖在3.60～14.40μg/ml范围内浓度与吸收度呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.63%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.59%,桔梗根、须根、茎、叶中多糖含量分别为11.41%、9.24%、2.35%、2.21%。结论桔梗须根中多糖含量比茎、叶中高。

Comparison of Content of Polysaccharides in Different Vegetative Organs of Platycodon Grandif

Objective To compare the contents of polysaccharides in different vegetative organs of Platycodon grandiflorum. Methods The contents of polysaccharide, expressed as glucose equivalents, were measured by using the phenolconcentrated sulfuric acid chromatometry. Results The good linearity between concentrations and absorbance of glucose was found within the range of 3.60 to 14.40μg/ml, the averagerecovery was 97.63% and relative standard deviation was 0.59%, the contents of polysaccharide in roots, fibrous roots ,stems, and leaves of Platycodon grandiflorum were 11.41%,9.24% ,2.35%,and 2.21%, respectively. Conclusion The contents of polysaccharides in fibrous roots of Platycodon grandiflorum are higher than those in stems and leaves.
