电针结合口服雷公藤片治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

目的观察电针经穴与口服雷公藤片对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者晨僵时间改善作用并评估其安全性。方法采用随机对照试验,将符合标准的60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。试验组采用电针经穴结合口服雷公藤片的干预方法,对照组采用单纯给予口服雷公藤片方法,两组疗程均为3个月。结果试验组在降低不良反应发生率、减少晨僵时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),但在无效率方面,两组差异无统计学意义。结论电针结合口服雷公藤片能改善RA的临床症状,且不良反应发生率低于单纯雷公藤片口服治疗。

Electroacupuncture Combined with Orally Taking Tripterygium Wilfordii Tablets for Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the alleviating effects of electroacupuncture(EA) combined with orally taking Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets on morning stiffness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and evaluate its safety.Methods A randomized controlled trial was employed.A total of 60 patients in line with criteria were averagely randomized into a trial group and a control group.Patients in the trial group were treated with EA combined with orally taking Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets,while patients in the control group only orally took Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets.The treatment course was 3 months for both groups.Results The trial group was superior to the control group in decreasing adverse reaction rate and the duration of morning stiffness,but there was no significant difference in inefficiency between the two groups.Conclusion EA combined with orally taking Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets can alleviate the symptoms of RA,and its adverse reaction rate is lower than that caused by orally taking Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets alone.
