角朊干细胞生物学行为调控的研究进展

表皮终身处于更新之中，这是由于表皮基底层中角朊干细胞的增殖分化与外层终末分化细胞不断脱落之间的动态平衡所致。角朊干细胞在保持口腔黏膜和皮肤的自稳状态，创伤后口腔黏膜和皮肤的修复再生方面有着重要意义。特别是近来组织工程皮肤的构建方面，角朊干细胞更是成为热点。本文仅就近年来在角朊干细胞分化影响等方面的部分研究进展加以综述。

The progress of study on the biology behavior of keratinocyte stem cell

AIM:Epidermis is in a process of constant regeneration because of the proliferation of keratinocyte stem cells (KSCs) located within the basal compartment of epidermis.There is a balance between the proliferation of KSCs and the detachment of terminally-differentited cells from oral mucosa and skin.KSCs are important in tissue homeostasis and wound repair, especially regarded as targets for gene transfer and the seed cell of tissue engeneering skin. This article discusses current research on the mechanisms of KSCs that regulate exit from the stem cell compartment.
