四物汤加味配合艾灸治疗慢性荨麻疹50例观察

目的:观察四物汤加味配合艾灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例以四物汤加味配合艾灸治疗,对照组50例以荨麻疹丸治疗。结果:治疗组局部症状积分治疗前后差异有显著性意义(P0.05),治疗后两组局部症状积分比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。愈显率治疗组82%、对照组54%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:四物汤加味配合艾灸治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效确切。

Observation on 50 Cases of Chronic Urticaria Treated by Four-substance Decoction with Additional Integrants Combined with Moxibustion

Objective：observing the clinic effect of treating chronic urticaria by combining enriched Si wu Soup with moxibustion.Method：dividing randomly 100 subjects into two groups,the experiment group of 50 subjects are treated with enriched si wu soup combined with moxibustion while the control group of 50 subjects are treated with urticarial balls.Results：For the experiment group,the local symptom index before and after treatment are significantly different （P0.05）.The local symptom index after treatment are also significantly different between the two groups（P0.05）.The efficiency for the experiment group is 82%,for the control group is 54%,again very significantly different （P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating chronic urticaria by combining enriched si wu soup with moxibustion has definitive clinical effect.
