宫、腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管不孕中的应用

目的 :探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管性不孕中的应用价值。方法 :腹腔镜下行盆腔粘连分解术、输卵管伞部成形 /造口术、盆腔子宫内膜异位症手术 (卵巢内膜囊肿剥出、粘连分解、病灶熨汤 /烧灼 ) ;卵巢良性肿瘤剥出术 ;并在腹腔镜直视下行宫腔镜输卵管通液术等。结果 :117例患者经 1～ 6 0个月的随访 ,妊娠 6 1例 ,妊娠率 5 2 14 % (宫内妊娠 5 8例 ,宫外妊娠 3例 ) ,术后一年内妊娠占 91 80 %。对输卵管远端阻塞、子宫内膜异位症及盆腔炎疗效较好 ,而对输卵管近段阻塞疗效较差。结论 :宫、腹腔镜联合手术 ,具有疗效好、手术安全、出血少、痛苦少、恢复快等优点

Combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the treatment of the tubal infertility female

Objective:To evaluate the usage combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy treated tubal infertility. Methods:Adhesiolysis of perisalpingoovaritis, dilation of fallopian tube, salpingo neostomy, endometriosis cautery,enucleation and punture of endometriotic implants in the ovary,excision of benign cysts of the ovary,hysteroscopic catheterization and hydrotubation monitored by laparoscopy.Results:117 patients were followed up,the time was 1～60 months.61 patients concepted,among them 58 patients were intrauterine pregnancy and three were ectopic pregnancy.Conclusions:The surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy treatment tual infertility is effective, safe,less suffering and rapid recovery.
