| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍双腔右心室的诊断、分型、手术指征及外科治疗。方法 共收治双腔右心室患儿110例，平均年龄5．2岁．平均体重17．7kg：伴室间隔缺损108例；房间隔缺损5例；主动脉瓣下纤维嵴5例；动脉导管未闭(PDA)2例；右位心3例。结果 全组均在低温、浅低温或常温体外循环下行根治手术。无手术死亡。结论 通过三尖瓣或右心室流出道均可解除双腔右心室梗阻，但三尖瓣径路可获得较好的近远期效果。

| Abstract: | Objective The double-chambered right ventricule is increasingly recognised as a distinct obstruction entity. The aim of this paper is to introduce the, diagnosis, classification, surgical indication and surgical techniques of the double-chambered right ventricule. Methods From Apr. 1989 to Sep. 2003, 110 patients were admitted in SCMC , the mean age was 5. 2 years and mean body weight was 17. 7 kg, 108 patients with VSD , 5 with ASD, 5 with SAS and 2 with PDA. Results All patients underwent corrective, operation. There was no hospital mortality. Conclusion Both transRVOT and transatrial approach can relief RVOT obstruction, but transatrial approach seem have better early and mid-term effects. |
