胃粘膜病变致大出血手术保胃治疗分析

报告胃粘膜病变致大出血手术保胃治愈１８例，男１２例，女６例，年龄１８－７６岁，平均４４．５岁。大出血至入院时间２－８ｈ出现休克体征者８例。胃体粘膜病变出血８例，胃底２例，胃底，胃体同时有散在出血４例，胃窦出血２例。胃体、胃窦同时出血２便。全部病例均手术治愈，其术式为胃粘膜出血区域缝扎止血附加结扎阻断粘膜病变出血区域血流供应。本文着重强调讨论胃粘膜病变致大出血的病因、发病机制及手术保胃的治疗原则。

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LARGE HEMORRHAGE INDUCED BY GASTRIC MUCOSAL LESION

Large hemorrhage due to gastric mucosal lesion of 18 cases was reported. Patients consists of 12 males and 6 females. The age ranged from 18 to 76 years.8 cases had shock. The mucosal lesion was found in corpus (8cases),fundus (2 cases),antrum (2cases),both corpus and fundus (4 cases),both corpusand antrum ( 2cases).All patients were treated on operation, it included suture of the gastric mucosal lesion and ligation of the vessels suppling blood to the lesion. All patients were cured. Etiology,pathogenisis and surgical treatment were discussed in detail.
