中药煎剂含漱防治化疗所致口腔炎效果观察

目的：为观察中药煎剂含漱对恶性肿瘤病人化疗所致口腔炎的防治效果。方法：将肿瘤化疗病人147例随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组76例用中草药煎剂含漱，对照组71例用朵贝尔氏液含漱。结果：实验组与对照组口腔炎发生率分别为10．52％和23．94％，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；口腔炎严重程度实验组较对照组轻（P＜0．05）；口腔溃疡愈合时间实验组较对照组明显缩短（P＜0．05）。结论：中药煎剂含漱能更有效地防治肿瘤病人化疗所致的口腔炎。

Effect on Chinese Herbs Decoction Gargling to Treat and to Prevent Chemotherapy Caused Stomatitis

Objective: to observe the preventive and the curative effects of Chinese herbs decoction gargling on chemotherapy caused stomatitis in patients with malignant tumor. Method: 147 cases of chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into both test and control group. 76 cases of test group patients were given Chinese herbs decoction gargling. In control group, 71 cases were given Dobell's solution gargling. Results: the incidences of stomatitis in test group and in control group were 10.52% and 23.94% respectively. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of the severity of the stomatitis, patients in test group were milder than that in control group (P<0.05). The healing time of oral ulcer in test group patients was remarkably shortened than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbs decoction gargling may effectively prevent and cure the chemotherapy caused stomatitis in tumor patients.
