联苯双酯对人胎肝细胞膜表面超微结构的保护作用的研究

摘    要:通过体外胎肝细胞四氯化碳(CCl_4)中毒模型,研究联苯双酯对人胎肝细胞膜表面超微结构的保护作用。结果表明,联苯双酯对肝细胞膜表面结构具有明显的稳定作用,能增强肝细胞的抗损伤能力,对肝细胞谷丙和谷草转氨酶的释放均有明显的降低作用,从而提出联苯双酯的降转氨酶机理很可能是通过对肝细胞膜系统的稳定作用而实现的。

Abstract:Human fetal hepatocytes in primary culture pretreated with BDD and then exposed to CGl4 were investigated under scanning electron microscope.The results showed that BDO had significant effect on preservation of the integrity of the hepatocytes when exposed to CC14 as compared with the non-pre-treated control.Biochemical assay also showed that BDD could decrease the ALT and AST activity in the culture medium.It is suggested that the diminished transaminase activity in the culture may be largely due to the preserved integrity of the cellular membrane system.
