脑益嗪抗运动病时大鼠脑内氨基酸递质水平的变化

摘    要:以旋转后产生异嗜高岭土行为的大鼠作为运动病模型,观察了益嗪的抗运动病作用,结果表明,由旋转刺激诱发的异嗜高岭土行为可被脑益嗪明显抑制;脑氨基酸递质测定结果显示。大鼠运动病时脑干、小脑内氨酸(Glu)含量明显降低,天冬氨酸(ASP)含量升高;预先给予脑益嗪后,大脑的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和脑干、小脑内GABA及基氨酸(Gly)含量下降。这些结果提示,脑益嗪的抗运动病作用的中枢机理与其调整中构递质的

Abstract:The rats that were subjected to rotational stimulation engaged in pica were used as the experimental models, The actions of cinnarizine in preventing motion sickness were studied.The experiment showed that cinnarizine suppressed kaolin intake induced by rotation, The analytic resuits of amino acid transmitters in rat brain were: motion sickness reduced Glu levels and raised Asp levels in brain stem and cerebellum; when rats were made motion sickness, cinnarizine reduced GABA levels in cerebrum and GABA or Gly levels in brain stem and cerebeilum.These results imply that cinnarizine in preventing motion sickness are closely related to modulation of neurotransmitter levels in central nervous system.
