健康人体表窦房结电图P前波表达的研究

采用程控双时值放大器非叠加实时检测法，检测１１６例健康大学生的体表窦房结电图。结果有９６例检测到Ｐ前波，成功率为８２．８％；１０例在干扰情况下不能看到Ｐ前波；１０例在无干扰，稳定图形下仍不能检测到Ｐ前波。Ｐ前波的表达受心率，呼吸，伪差及低频波等因素干扰。

THE STUDY OF EXPRESSION OF PRE-P WAVE IN NORMAL HUMAN BY SURFACE SINUS NODE ELECTROGRAM

The body surface sinus node electrogram (SNEb) was recorded in 116 young healthy students by using programme double time constant amplifier.The results showed that pre-P wave can be clearly shown in 96 cases(82.8%) and unseen in 10 cases.In another 10 cases,the pre-P wave disappered by various interference.The detection of Pre-P wave was affected by the heart rate,respiratory,artefact and low frequency waves.The SNEb has remarkable clinical vaules in the diagnosis of sinus node dysfunction and atrial arrhythmias through its high sensitivity and noninvasive measuring technique.But the stability of SNEb must be improved,and its diagnostic effect must be analysed in combination with clinic data.
