| 摘 要： | 以根本原因分析（root cause anlysicRCA）为基础,本节论述RCA的基本概念、实施过程、分析方法。通过三甲医院开展医疗设备质量控制的案例,介绍医院如何循序渐进,从观念、设备、人员、技术等多层次切入医疗设备质量控制工作。通过对医疗设备质量检测、数据分析、根本原因分析等探索三甲医院开展医疗设备质量控制的途径。

Through the cases of carrying out medical equipment＇s quality control in top three hospitals,Describes the hospital＇s quality control of medical equipment work from the point of the concept,equipment,personnel,technology progressively. In order to explore the approaches of medical equipment quality control of.top three hospitals,testing of quality,data analysis,root cause analysis of medical equipment will be talked about in this passage. |
