中心静脉导管在胸腔积液引流中的临床应用

目的：解决传统的胸腔积液引流术带来的以上缺点和不足。方法：对37例胸腔积液采用中心静脉导管植入胸腔，进行积液引流、灌洗或药物灌注治疗。结果：37例胸腔穿刺全部一次性成功，患者无明显的不良反应。结论：中心静脉导管植入胸腔进行积液引流，具有安全、方便操作、患者易于接受、利于治疗、并发症少的优点。

Clinical Application of Central Venous Catheter in Liquid in Tuberculous Chest Cavity

Objective.. To solve the disadvantages of the traditional method of liquid in tuberculous chest cavity. Methods： Planting 37 cases of liquid in tuberculous chest cavity into the chest cavity using central venous catheter, then treating them with channeling, lavaging and so on. Results： All of the 37 cases are successful at once and there is no bad reaction on the patients. Conclusion.. The way of liquid in tuberculous chest cavity through central venous catheter has the advantages of safety, convenience, easy acceptance, satisfying treatment effects and so on.
