多种排卵监测方法的回顾性分析

目的:探讨各种排卵监测方法的准确性及实用性。方法:回顾分析了80个周期的排卵监测资料。结果:B超是诊断排卵的金标准,尤其在诊断LUFS及指导临床用药方面价值较大;尿LH试纸及宫颈黏液评分方便实用,但要注意所得数值变化的幅度较绝对值意义更大;BBT升高仅是对排卵的回顾性诊断。结论:临床上应根据客观需要及个体特点选择最合适的监测排卵方法,必要时综合应用。

A Retrospective Analysis of the Methods of Detecting Ovulation

Objective:To study the accuracy and practicability of the methods of detecting ovulation.Methods:Eighty cycles data of detecting ovulation was analyzed retrospectively.Results:B-ultrasonography is the gold standard of diagnosing ovulation.It is especially important in diagnoses of LUFS and guidance of medicine use in clinical practice;Urinary LH test paper and insler score are both convenience and useful,but we should pay more attention to the amplitude than the absolute value of the data;The rise of BBT is only a method of diagnosing ovulation retrospectively.Conclusion:It was suggested that we should choose the suitable methods of detecting ovulation according as the clinical need and individual specialty or combine the methods if necessary.
