腹腔镜治疗在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用研究及疗效比较

目的探讨应用腹腔镜在妇科恶性肿瘤患者治疗过程中较开腹手术在疼痛、诊断及疗效上的优越性。方法将130例妇科恶性肿瘤患者按照手术方法随机分为对照组65例、观察组65例,分别采用腹腔镜和开腹手术,对照两组患者治疗后的疼痛指数、手术时间、淋巴清扫数量、术后随访5年对照两组患者转移率、复发率、死亡率及5年存活率。结果两组患者疼痛指数、手术时间比较（t=4.55、5.12,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异）;两组淋巴清扫数量比较（t=2.11,P〉0.05,无显著性差异）;术后随访5年两组患者转移率、复发率、死亡率及5年存活率比较（x~2=5.44、5.66、4.11、5.33,P〈..05,具有显著性差异）。结论腹腔镜治疗妇科恶性肿瘤具有安全可靠术后预后良好的优势。

Comparison of laparoscopic treatment of application and efficacy in patients with gynecological malignant tumor

Objective To explore the application of laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with gynecological malignant tumor of open operation in the diagnosis and treatment of pain,the superiority.Methods 130 cases of patients with gynecological malignant tumor by operation were randomly divided into control group of 65 cases,65 cases in observation group,respectively by laparoscopic and open operation,control group two patients after the treatment of pain index,operation time,number of lymph node dissection followed,after 5 years in control group two patients,recurrence rate,metastasis rate mortality and 5 year survival rate.Results the two groups of patients with pain index,operation time（t = 4.55,5.12,P0.05,with significant difference ）; two group lymph node dissection（number of t = 2.11,there was no significant difference in P0.05,）;postoperative follow-up of 5 years,two groups of patients transfer rate,recurrence rate,mortality and 5 year survival rate（χ~2 =5.44,5.66,4.11,5.33,P0.05,with significant difference）.Conclusion laparoscopic treatment of gynecological malignant tumor is safe and reliable and postoperative prognosis is good advantage.
