胺碘酮对室性早搏的治疗作用及不良反应分析

目的探讨胺碘酮对室性早搏的治疗效果及在实际应用中出现的主要不良反应发生率。方法我院在2009年1月到2012年12月期间在我院住院治疗频发室性早搏患者98例,对出现不良反应的病例进行统计与分析。结果胺碘酮对频发室性早搏的作用、男女组有效率（早搏减少50%以上）无显著差异,使用胺碘酮后出现肝功能异常的发生率为5.1%,男性比女性更容易发生肝功能异常。心动过缓7例,低血压4例,过敏反应3例。结论胺碘酮对频发室性早搏对男女无明显差异;常见不良反应多能够控制,其疗效是可靠、安全的。

The effect of amiodarone on the patients suffering from ventricular premature contraction and its adverse effects

Objective To explore the efficacy of amiodrone on the Patients suffering from frequent premature ventricular contractions and to evaluate the adverse effects induced by amiodarone.Methods The data we recollected from in-patients from January 2009 to December 2012.The adverse effects caused by amiodarone were analyzed.Results there were no significant differences among male group and female group（P0.05）,its adverse effects mainly are hepatic toxicity.The incidence of the abnormal hepatic function was 5.1% .Male was more easily to get hepatotoxicity than female.Bradycardia can be found.7 with severe bradycardia needing intervention,4 with hypotension,3 with allergic reaction.Conclusion Amiodarone is safe and efficient if only intensive monitoring,early finding and early treatment are taken.
