两种手术方式在治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效分析

目的对比分析下鼻甲切除与鼻内镜下等离子射频技术在慢性肥厚性鼻炎中的疗效及治疗意义。方法将100例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者按照不同手术方法随机分为对照组50例,观察组50例,对照两组患者手术时间、出血量、痊愈时间及疗效对比。结果两组患者手术时间、出血量、痊愈时间、视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较观察组为40±5 min、65±10 ml、6±1 d、2.12±0.33分,均优于对照组P〈0.05,具有显著性差异;两组治愈率、有效率、显效率、无效率比较观察组为38例（76.00%）、10例（20.00%）、2例（4.00%）、0例（0.00%）,均优于对照组P〈0.05,具有显著性差异。结论鼻内镜下等离子射频技术在治疗肥厚性鼻炎具有效果可靠、疗效满意,效果优于下鼻甲切除术。

Two kinds of operation mode analysis in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

Objective comparative analysis of inferior turbinate resection and radiofrequency under nasal endoscope in technology of chronic rhinitis effect and treatment significance.Methods 100 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis patients according to the different operation methods were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group,the observation group 50 cases,control group two patients with operation time,bleeding volume, healing time and curative effect contrast.Results of the two groups of patients with operation time, bleeding volume,recovery time,visual analogue scale（VAS） were 40±5 min,65±10 ml,6±1 d,2.12±0.33,P0.05 were better than those in the control group,with significant difference;two groups of cure rate, efficiency,significant efficiency,comparative study group 38 cases（76%）,no effective in 10 cases（20%）, 2 cases（4%）,0 cases（0%）,was better than the control group P0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion endoscopic radiofrequency plasma technology in the treatment of hypertrophic rhinitis has the effect is reliable,the curative effect is satisfied,is better than that of inferior turbinate resection.
