卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭75例临床疗效观察

目的评价卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 75例慢性心衰患者被随机地分为常规治疗组38例和卡维地洛治疗组37例。常规治疗组用强心、利尿药和扩血管药物治疗,卡维地洛治疗组在常规治疗药物的基础上加用卡维地洛,疗程6月。观察其临床效果并测定治疗前后左心室射血分数（LVFF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）的变化。结果治疗6月后,卡维地洛治疗组总有效率高于常规治疗组（P〈0.05）,卡维地洛治疗组LVFF、LVEDD、LVESD与常规治疗组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P

Effect of Carvedilol on chronic heart failure

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Carvedilol on patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 75 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（treated with routine anti-CHF therapy） and the therapeutic group（treated with Carvedilol based routine anti-CHF therapy）.In control group,37 patients were given the routine treatment including digoxin,diuretics and ACEI,while in therapeutic group,38 patients were given Carvedilol except for the routine treatment.After the treatment of 6 months,the clinical effective and LVFF,LVEDD and LVESD was observed. Results After the treatment of 6 months,the clinical effective rate in therapeutic group was much higher than that of control group（P0.05 ）.And the LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD were significantly improved in therapeutic group（P0.001,0.005）.Conclusion Carvedilol is an effective drug on curing of chronic heart failure,and it can improve the heart function.
