康莱特联合DCF化疗治疗晚期胃癌

目的化疗是中晚期胃癌常用的治疗方法,但化疗有效率较低,而且存在较为严重的副作用。为提高疗效,改善患者生活质量,降低毒副反应,本研究对康莱特联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效、毒副反应及对生存质量的影响进行比较。方法将96例患者随机分成两组。单纯化疗组（对照组）48例,采用DCF方案：多西他赛35 mg/m~2静滴d 1,d 8;顺铂40 mg静滴d1-d3;氟尿嘧啶750mg/m~2,持续静脉滴注24 h,d1-d5,3周为一周期。康莱特联合化疗组（实验组）48例,化疗方案同对照组,于每周期化疗第一天开始静脉滴注10%康莱特注射液200 ml,连用10 d。两周期治疗结束后对其近期疗效、毒副反应及生存质量进行评价。结果实验组有效率为52%,对照组为33%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组治疗疗后的生存质量有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。实验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,且发生的程度较轻。结论康莱特联合化疗能提高有效率,降低不良反应,改善患者的生存质量。

The Effects of Kanglaite Combined with DCF Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective Chemotherapy was commonly used in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. While the effective rate of chemotherapy was low,and there were some serious side effects.In order to improve the curative effect,improve the life quality of patients and reduce the toxic and side effects,this study advanced kanglaite combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of gastric cancer and the adverse reaction on the quality of life.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases of Simple chemotherapy group（control group） used DCF program which driped Docetaxel 35 mg/m~2 intravenously d 1,d 8;cisplatin 40 mg dl-d3 intravenously;fluorouracil continuous infusion of 750 mg/m~2,24 h,d1-d5,3 weeks for a cycle.Chemotherapy of 48 cases of kanglaite combined chemotherapy group（experimental group） was same with the control group.The experimental group began to intravenous infusion of 10%kanglaite injection 200 ml on the first day of each cycle of chemotherapy for 10 days.The end of the two cycle after treatment, we evaluate the efficacy,toxicity and survival quality.Results Efficiency of the experimental group was 52%, those in the control group was 33%.there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment with the quality of life（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group was lower than in the control group,and occurred to a lesser degree. Conclusion Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy could improve efficiency,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
