全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器保肛治疗对低位直肠癌患者血白蛋白和生存质量的影响

目的探讨全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器保肛治疗对低位直肠癌患者血白蛋白和生存质量的影响。方法 68例低位直肠癌患者随机分为两组,观察组34例,对照组34例,对照组采用常规Mi-1es手术治疗,观察组采用全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器保肛治疗。术后常规进行化疗。治疗结束后评价患者的血白蛋白和生存质量。结果两组手术后患者的生活质量均比术前有所提高,并且观察组比对照组提高更明显（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后患者的血白蛋白均有提高,并且与对照组治疗后比较,观察组提高更明显,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论采用全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器保肛治疗可以明显提高低位直肠癌患者的血白蛋白和生存质量。

The effectiveness of total mesorectal excision plus double stapling on the quality of life and albumin of patients with low rectal cancer

Objective To study the effectiveness of total mesorectal excision plus double stapling on the quality of life and albumin of patients with low rectal cancer.Methods Sixty-eight patients with low rectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（n = 34 cases ） and the observation group（n = 34 cases）.The patients in the control group were oprated through Miles operation and the patients in the observation group were operated through total mesorectal excision plus double stapling.They were treated through chemotherapy.The quality of life and albumin were campared before treatment and after three months.Results After treatment,their quality of life were improved in both groups.There was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05 ）.The albumins in two groups were improved after three months and the albumins in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05 ）.Conclusion Total mesorectal excision plus double stapling can improve the quality of life and albumin of patients with low rectal cancer.
