| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）的相关因素及采取的护理对策,以降低VAP的发生率。方法对我院2007年2月至2009年10月NICU（新生儿重症监护病房）内110例使用机械通气（MV）治疗的患儿进行回顾性分析研究。结果 110例MV患儿出现VAP有52例,发生率为47.27%,VAP患儿病死率为19.23%（10/52）;胎龄、MV时间、卧位、MV前2周内使用抗菌药物等相关因素VAP组与无VAP组其VAP发生率具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论新生儿VAP的发生与多种临床因素有关;针对其产生原因进行积极防治,并采取积极的护理措施,可有效降低VAP的发生率,并提高治愈率。
