PTEN和Survivin在鳞状细胞癌中的表达

目的探讨抑癌蛋白PTEN和凋亡抑制因子Survivin在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例皮肤鳞状细胞癌和30例正常人皮肤中PTEN、Survivin的表达和分布。结果40例鳞状细胞癌标本中,PTEN表达下调(P<0.001),分化越差下调越明显(P<0.001)。Survivin表达增高(P<0.001)。PTEN和Survivin的表达呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。结论PTEN异常低表达和Survivin异常高表达可能与鳞状细胞癌的发病有关,PTEN表达异常的程度可能对判断预后有一定意义。

Expression of PTEN and Survivin in human squamous cell carcinoma

Objective: To measure the expression of carcinoma-inhibiting protein PTEN and apoptosis inhibition factor Survivin and its significance in human squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression and distribution of PTEN and Survivin in the skin lesion and normal skin were detected by immunohistochemical technique streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) in 40 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 30 normal controls. Results: The expression of PTEN was down-regulated in squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.001). The poorer the differentiation, the lower the level of the expression was (P<0.001). However, the expression of Survivin was up-regulated (P<0.001). The expression of PTEN was negatively correlated with the expression of Survivin (r=-0.896, P<0.001). ~Conclusion : The abnormal expression of PTEN and Survivin may contribute to the oncogenesis of squamous cell carcinoma, and the level of PTEN may be a prognostic marker for squamous cell carcinoma.
