血管紧张素转换酶抑制对维持性透析患者血浆氧化应激水平的影响

摘    要:目的 观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)对维持性透析 (MD)患者血浆氧化应激水平的影响。方法 随机选取MD患者 30例 (血液透析 2 0例 ,腹膜透析 10例 ) ,加用一平苏 2 .5mg/日。用药之前和用药 3个月后取血分离血浆。分别测定血浆丙二醛 (MDA ,malondialdehyde) ,晚期蛋白质氧化产物 (AOPP ,advancedoxidationproteinproduct)和总抗氧化能力 (totalanti-oxidationcapacity ,T -AOC)水平。结果 参加实验的 30例患者 ,用药前后 ,患者血压 ,血红蛋白 ,血浆白蛋白 ,透析充分性 (Kt/V) ,和高敏C反应蛋白水平均无明显改变 ,总抗氧化能力无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。用药后 ,患者血浆MDA和AOPP水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论一平苏减轻维持透析患者的血浆氧化应激水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of angiotensin conv erting enzyme inhibitor-Cilazapril on the oxidative stress of maintenance dialys is(MD)patients. Methods Thirty patients (hemodialysis 20, peritoneal dialysis 10 ) who had taken cilazapril 2.5 mg/d for 3 months were randomly selected. Their b lood samples were taken pre and post the course. Blood MDA (malondialdehyde), AO PP (advanced oxidation protein product) and TAOC (total antioxidant capacity) we re measured. Results After taken the cilazapril for three months, the patient s blood pressure, hemoglobin, albumin, Kt/V, hs-CRP and TAOC did not change ( P>0.05), but the levels of MDA and AOPP in their blood decreased ( P<0.01). Conclusion Cilazapril can alleviate the oxidative stress of mai ntenance dialysis patients.
