社区预防保健信息管理系统开发与应用探讨

目的探讨社区预防保健信息管理系统在社区传染病防治、慢性病管理、妇幼保健、活化居民健康档案等方面的应用。方法应用定性调查与定量调查相结合的方法，对本中心使用社区预防保健信息管理系统前后服务质量、工作时间、居民满意度等方面进行了比较。结果社区预防保健信息管理系统可提高社区卫生服务中心工作质量，及时、准确、全面地捕捉信息，提高社区卫生服务中心预防保健管理工作效率，提升居民满意度。结论应用社区预防保健信息管理系统管理社区卫生服务工作已取得一定成效，初步认定本系统是一套符合当前社区卫生服务模式需要的管理系统。

Development and Application of the Community Precautionary Sanitarian Information Maliagement System

Objective To investigate the application of the community precautionary sanitarian information management system to the prevention and control of communicable diseases, chronic diseases management, maternal and child health care and the use of resident healthcare records. Methods Qualitative and quantitative analyses were adopted to evaluate the alteration of the service quality,working hours and resident satisfaction after using the system in the community health services. Results The system can improve the service quality ,catch information timely, accurate and comprehensive. It also can improve efficiency and resident satisfaction in community health services management. Conclusions Application of the community precautionary sanitarian information management system in community health services management has received early effect and indicated the prospect of the system.
