社区老年慢性病护理干预分析

目的观察社区老年慢性病的护理干预效果。方法 28例社区老年慢性病患者均给予护理干预,6个月后对干预前后遵医率及日常生活能力量表(ADL)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、生活质量评分量表(QOL)评分进行比较。结果干预后ADL、SDS、SDSS评分低于干预前,QOL评分、遵医率高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区老年慢性病患者进行护理干预可显著改善其生活质量。

Nursing intervention in elderly community patients with chronic diseases

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in elderly community patients with chronic diseases. Methods 28 cases of elderly community patients with chronic diseases were given community nursing intervention, six months later, the compliance rate to doctors and scores of ADL, SDS, SDSS,, QOL and compliance rate before and after the intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of ADL, SDS, SDSS were lower, but QOL score and compliance rate were increased, compared with those before intervention the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. There were significant difference in compliance rates before and after the intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality in community elderly patinets with chronic diseases.
