2008年度绵阳市院前急救流行病学调查

目的探讨2008年绵阳市院前急救流行病学待征。方法选择绵阳市紧急救援指挥中心在2008年度统一受理的城区急救患者为调查对象,依据入组标准,将年龄、性别、日期分布、地域分布、疾病谱、时间等作为观察指标,并将资料建立数据库后进行统计分析。结果共有6637人次接受院前急救,其中男3876人次,女2761人次,30～60岁的人群占51.98%。疾病谱依次为交通事故伤、非交通事故所致外伤、昏厥、酒精中毒、呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、精神性疾病、急腹症等。全年无急救高峰季节,全天中急救的高峰时间段是10:11～23:56。结论 2008年绵阳市城区院前急救的流行病学特点明显,急救人员应掌握这些特点,方能提高急救效率。

The epidemiological investigation on the cases of pre-hospital care of Mianyang city in 2008

Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of the pre-hospital care cases in Mianyang City in 2008. Methods The patients recieved by Emergency Medical Rescue Command Center of Mianyang in 2008 were chosen as the surveyed object in accordance with the criteria to enter. The disease spectrum, sex, age, date, time, season were used as the main observation indexes. The database has been established and statistical analysis has been given hereby. Results A- mong all 6637 cases of pre-hospital care,there are 3876 person-time of male and 2761 person-time of female,while the group between 30 ~ 60 yrs accounted for 51.98%. The order of disease spectrum was as follows：traffic accident, non-traffic acci- dents, syncope, alcoholism, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, mental diseases, acute abdomen, etc. The emergency peak of a day was 10：11 ~ 23：56, but no significant seasonal peak in emergency during the whole year was found. Conclusion It is obvious that the epidemiological characteristics of Mianyang City in 2008, Follows its characteristic, it is important to command these characteristics in order to improve the efficiency of pre - hospital care.
