腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中应用的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中应用的效果。方法将210例行剖宫产孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各105例。观察组采用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉,对照组仅采用硬膜外麻醉。比较2组麻醉效果和麻醉平面达第6胸椎(T6)时间、最高麻醉平面时间、运动阻滞恢复时间和感觉阻滞恢复时间。结果观察组麻醉优良率为98.1%高于对照组的89.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉平面达T6时间、最高麻醉平面时间、运动阻滞恢复时间和感觉阻滞恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉应用于剖宫产术麻醉效果优于硬膜外麻醉。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of spinal anaesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in csarean section.Methods 210 cases pregnant women received cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 105 cases.Observation group were treated with spinal anaesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia,while control group were treated with epidural anesthesia.Compared the effects of anesthesia and the time of anesthesia level to T6,the maximum time of anesthesia,recovery time of motor block and sensory block recovery time of two groups.Results The anesthesia excellent rate in observation group(98.1%) was higher than that in control group(89.5%) ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) .The time of anesthesia level to T6,the maximum time of anesthesia,recovery time of motor block and sensory block recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05) .Conclusion Spinal anaesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in csarean section is better than epidural anesthesia.
