针刺配合激光治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的探讨针刺配合激光治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 98例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例,治疗组采用针刺配合激光治疗,对照组采用单纯激光治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后2组VAS评分均低于治疗前,JOA评分均高于治疗前;且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组JOA改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者给予针刺配合激光治疗效果较好。

Study of lumbar disc herniation patients treated with Acupuncture and laser

Objective To explore the effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with acupuncture and laser.Methods 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（49 in each）.The treatment group received acupuncture with laser therapy,the control group simply received laser therapy.The effect of two groups were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,VAS scores of treatment group and control group were decreased significantly after treatment（P0.05）,JOA score of two groups were increased significantly after treatment（P0.05）,the degree of improvement of two indicators above in the treatment group were significat than control group.JOA improvement index in treatment group after treatment were better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with the laser and acupuncture treatment is better.
