消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效观察

目的观察消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将婴幼儿秋季腹泻病例102例随机分为治疗组和对照组各51例。2组均给予抗炎、补液及对症支持治疗。治疗组另给予消旋卡多曲治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散(思密达)治疗。5d后比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.3%高于对照组的68.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,可较快地缓解病情,且安全性好。

The effect observation of racecadotril in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis

Objective To observe the effect of racecadotril in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods 102 cases patients with infantile rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 51 cases.Two groups were given anti-inflammatory,rehydration and symptomatic and supportive treatment.Treatment group were given racecadotril treatment,control group were given montmorillonite powder(smecta) treatment.After 5d,compared the efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(86.3%) was higher than that of control group(68.6%) ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) .Conclusion Racecadotril in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis has a good effect,can quickly alleviate the condition,and safety is well.
