女性输卵管结扎术后心身疾病的心理护理

目的探讨心理护理对患者输卵管结扎术后女性心身疾病的影响。方法将136例行输卵管结扎手术的育龄妇女随机分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理。观察2组术后心理状况,并比较术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组焦虑、紧张、恐惧、忧郁、悲观、失望和孤独发生率均低于对照组,腰痛、肢体麻木、食欲减退、出冷汗、失眠、月经失调发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管结扎术后的心理护理尤为关键,可端正受术者的态度,消除不必要的忧虑,促进术后康复。

Psychological care of psychosomatic disease after female tubal ligation

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological care of psychosomatic disease after female tubal ligation.Methods 136 women with childbearing age undergoing routine tubal ligation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 58 cases.Control group received conventional care measures,on the basis of control group,observation group were given psychological care.Observed postoperative mental status and compared postoperative complication situation of two groups.Results The incidence rate of anxiety,tension,fear,depression,pessimism,despair and loneliness in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the incidence rate of low back pain,numbness,loss of appetite,cold sweats,insomnia,menstrual disorders in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05） .Conclusion Perioperative psychological care is particularly critical,by the surgeon can correct the attitude,and the elimination of unnecessary anxiety and promote postoperative recovery.
