| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死患者与血清幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法应用放免测定法测定80例患者和50例正常对照者的血清Hp感染情况。结果脑梗死患者的血清Hp感染率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死与Hp感染密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective The helicobacter pylori infection has the relevance to the cerebral infarction.Methods Collected 80 patients with cerebral infarction as illness group and 50non-cerebral infarction as control group.Collected the serum sample of the two group to determine Hp infection by radioimmunoassay method.Results Helicobacter pylori-positive rate of the illness group was higher than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion There is closely relation between the helicobacter pylori infection and the cerebral infarction. |
