奥硝唑联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

目的观察奥硝唑联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将140例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予奥硝唑口服治疗。治疗后比较2组疗效及不良反应,随访1年后比较2组的复发情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为95.7%高于对照组的85.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后观察组复发率为11.1%明显低于对照组的16.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有疗效确切、复发率低、不良反应少的优点,值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of ornidazole combined with mesalazine in ulcerative colitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ornidazole combined with mesalazine in ulcerative colitis. Methods 140 cases patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into observation group and control group, each of 70 cases. Control group were treated with mesalazine enema. Observation group took oral ornidazole treatment on the basis of control group. After treatment, compared the efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups, follow-up after 1 year compared recurrence sit- uation of two groups. Results After treatment, total effective rate of observation group （95.7 % ） was higher than that of control group（85.7% ） ,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Follow-up after 1 year, the recurrence rate of observa- tion group（ 11.1% ） was significantly lower than that of control group（ 16. 3% ）, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ornidazole combined with mesalazine in ulcerative colitis has the advantage of curative efficacy, low recurrence rate and small adverse reaction, is worthy of clinical application.
