左卡尼汀联合多巴胺治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察左卡尼汀联合多巴胺治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将70例毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿随机分为治疗组38例和对照组32例。对照组给予强心、利尿、吸氧、抗感染等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用左卡尼汀联合小剂量多巴胺治疗,观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为78.9%、94.7%,高于对照组的40.6%、75.0%;且心力衰竭控制时间、啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论左卡尼汀联合多巴胺治疗毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭效果显著,不良反应小,费用低廉。

Clinical observation of L-carnitine combined with dopamine in the treatment of bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure

Objective To study the effect of L-carnitine and dopamine on bronchitis complicated with heart failure.Methods 70 cases of bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group（38 cases） and control group（32 cases）.The control group was given the strong heart,diuresis,oxygen inhalation,resistance to infection and other conventional treatment;the treatment group was treated with L-carnitine combined with small dose of dopamine treatment in the basis of control group,the clinical effect was observed and compared.Results The efficiency and the total effective rate in the treatment group were 78.9% and 94.7% respectively,and 40.6%,75.0% in the control group;and heart failure control time and Rale disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05 and P0.01）.Conclusion L-carnitine combined with dopamine in the treatment of bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure is effect with little adverse reaction and low cost.
