摘    要:目的分析抗菌药物引发的药品不良反应(ADR),保障患者安全合理用药。方法对该院上报的抗菌药物ADR共计102例进行统计分析。结果 50岁以上老年人ADR发生率居首位;大多数ADR均在用药30min内,特别是用药10min内;ADR主要由头孢菌素和喹诺酮类药物引起,其中头孢曲松钠和左氧氟沙星注射剂发生率最高。结论加强ADR监测,减少ADR发生,是确保患者安全合理用药的必要手段。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the adverse drug reaction(ADR) caused by the antibiotics to guarantee the reason- able administration. Methods The data of 102 adverse drug reaction(ADR) cases were statistically analyzed. Results Most ADR occurred in patients over 50 years ; within 30min especially with 10min of administration, most of the ADR occurred ; ADR mainly caused by cephalosporins and quinolones, including levofloxacin, ceftriaxone injection. Conclusion To intensify an ADR monitor can reduce ADR occurrence and it is necessary means is ensure reasonable administration in patients..
