江油市中医院消毒质量监测结果分析

目的了解该院消毒质量,加强医院感染管理,预防交叉感染。方法对常用消毒剂(酒精、碘伏、新洁尔灭)、室内空气、医护人员手及各种物体表面进行细菌计数测定。结果消毒剂合格率为95.79%(432/451),医护人员手合格率为91.67%(33/36);空气污染超标率为18.63%,物体表面污染率为27.35%。结论应进一步加强医院消毒监测工作,是预防院内感染的重要措施。

Monitoring analysis of disinfection quality Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangyou City

Objective To understand the hospital disinfection quality for strengthening management of hospital infection,and preventing cross infection.Methods The commonly used disinfectants（alcohol,iodine,Bromogeramine）,indoor air,hands of medical staff and a variety of body surface bacterial counts were determined.Results The results showed： disinfectant pass rate was 95.79%（432/451）,hands of medical staff in the qualified rate was 91.67%（33/36）,air pollution standard rate was 18.63%（83/102）,surface contamination rate was 27.35%（85/117）.Conclusion The hospital disinfection monitor work should be further strengthen,which is the important measure to prevent the nosocomial infection.
