摘 要: | 目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后血清炎性因子超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与冠状动脉病变进展的关系。方法将89例PCI后再次行冠状动脉造影(CAG)患者分为糖尿病组42例和非糖尿病组47例,测定其血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6水平;采用Gensini评分系统,对PCI后和再次CAG进行评分,计算2次积分差值。结果糖尿病组患者血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6的浓度和Gensini评分差值均显著高于非糖尿病组(P<0.01);hs-CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6与Gensini评分差值呈正相关(r分别为0.497、0.513、0.548,P均<0.05)。结论 PCI术后冠状动脉病变进展与炎性反应程度相关;冠心病合并糖尿病患者炎性反应更强,PCI术后冠状动脉病变进展更快。

Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) ,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule1(sICAM-1) ,interleukin-6(IL-6) and progress of coronary artery disease in patient with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes after percutanous coronary intervention(PCI) .Methods 89 cases patients were divided into diabetes group(n=42) and non-diabetes group(n=47) ,determined hs-CRP,sICAM-1 and IL-6 of two groups;Using Gensini scoring system,to after PCI and again coronary angiography(CAG) marked,calculated the difference between 2 points.Results The concentration of serum hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and Gensini difference score of diabetes group were significantly higher than those of non-diabetic group(P<0.01) ;hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and Gensini difference score were positively correlated(r=0.497,0.513,0.548,P<0.05) .Conclusion Progress of coronary artery disease after PCI level associated with the inflammatory response;In patient with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes,as stronger inflammatory response,after PCI progress of coronary artery lesions is faster. |
