| 摘 要： | 作者运用细胞学作术前定性诊断涎腺肿瘤203例,并与术后组织病理诊断相对照,符合率为92.1%,统计学处理:X~2=0.9.P>0.3、差别无显著意义.作者首先提出涎腺肿瘤的细胞学诊断和组织病理诊断同样准确可靠.尤其是术前细胞学定性诊断可作为临床提供治疗方案的最佳选择.本文报道203例涎腺肿瘤细胞学定型准确率经统计符合率为77.34%.

AN EVALUATION OF THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF CYTOLOGIC EXAMINATION IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF SALIVARY GLAND TUMORS |

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the significanec of cytologic examination in the preoperative diagnosis of salivary gland tumors, a study of 203 cases was conducted. The results were compared with their Postoperative histopathologic features. The correlation rate between two was as high as 92.1%, and no statistically significant difference was found (X~2=0.9, P>0.3). It is reasonable to suggest that cytology be a useful aid as accurate and dependable as histopathology in the diagnosis of salivary gland tumors. Its great merit is simple and can be used before operation in predicting the malignancy of the tumor and therefor can provide the best choice for the treatment modality. |
