| 摘 要： | 本文测定了51例肝炎后肝硬化患者的血浆心钠素(ANP)含量,并同时测定其中27例患者的血浆醛固酮(ALD)含量。结果发现,肝硬化患者二项指标均明显高于健康人,且在大量腹水、肝功能C级及并发肝性脑病时均呈同步增高趋势。可能与肝肾降解减少及直接分流入体循环而致血中滞留量增高等因素有关。

| Abstract: | Plasma levels of ANP were determined in 51 cases of liver cirrhosis, and those of ALD determined simultaneously in 27 cases. It was. found that their average volume in both groups increased obviously than that of the normal individuals. There were a tendency that the plasma levels of ANP and ALD were increasing with a large amount of ascites, hepatic function ( grade C) and hepatic encephalopathy. It is suggested that reduced hepatic-renal metabolism and Portasystemic shunting may be responsible for ANP-ALD elevation in retained Plasma volume. |
