人脑胶质瘤细胞周期素D1的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)与胶质瘤的增殖和细胞分裂生长的关系,为胶质瘤的发病机理和新的可能治疗途径提供实验依据。方法:用免疫组化方法检测51例不同级别脑胶质瘤组织和10例脑外伤内减压切除脑组织中cyclinD1、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达程度。结果:(1)与对照组相比,胶质瘤组织中存在cyclinD1的过度表达现象,有显著差异(P<0.01)。(2)胶质瘤恶性程度越高cyclinD1表达越强(P=0.042)。(3)51例胶质瘤组织中cyclinD1与PCNA均有不同程度的表达,Spearman相关分析显示两者呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:cyclinD1在胶质瘤组织中呈过度表达并且随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高而表达增强,cyclinD1可能参与并促进胶质瘤细胞增殖。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclinD1 in the different grade gliomas and proved data to molecular mechanisms and treatment of human gliomas.Methods:The expression of cyclinD1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) of 51 human gliomas and 10 human normal brain tissue(control group)were respectively examined by immunohistochemical method. Results: (1)Among 51 cases of human glioma, there were 37 cases positive expression of cyclinD1.There was 1 cases positive expressions of cyclinD1 in control group.Compared with control group cyclinD1 was overexpressed in human glioma. (2)There were different level expressions of cyclinD1 in different grade gliomas, the expression of cyclinD1 in high-grade gliomas were higher than that of low-grade gliomas, with the progress of tumor clinical grade the positive expression of cyclinD1 increased.(3) There was significant correlation between cyclinD1 and PCNA in human glioma in each factor (P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of cyclinD1 in gliomas was higher than that of control group,and the expressions of cyclinD1 in high-grade gliomas are higher than that of low-grade gliomas. So cyclinD1 is possibly related to proliferation of glioma cell.
