| 摘 要： | 目的：制备喷昔洛韦眼用凝胶并建立其质量控制方法。方法：以PVA-124为主要基质制成眼用凝胶;采用高效液相色谱法测定其主药喷昔洛韦含量,测定波长为252nm。结果：喷昔洛韦检测浓度在5.00～100.00μg/ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为98.71%（RSD=0.75%）。结论：本方法简便﹑准确﹑重现性好,可用于喷昔洛韦眼用凝胶的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To prepare and estabhsh quality control for Penciclovir Ophthalmic Gel.Methods：Penciclovir Ophthalmic Gel was prepared with PVA-124.The content of penciclovir was determined by HPLC at the wavelength of 252 nm.Results： There was a good linear correlation within the range of 5.00-100.00 μg/ml （r=0.999 7）of penciclovir concentration; the average recovery was 98.71% （RSD=0.75%）.Conclusion： This method is convenient,accurate and reproducible ,which can be used for the quality control of Penciclovir Ophthalmic Gel. |
